Solid WPC flooring is an environmentally friendly composite material made from a mixture of wood fibres (such as wood flour and straw) and polymers (such as PVC and HDPE) hot-pressed together, with a glue-free manufacturing process that completely eliminates the problem of formaldehyde. Its core feature is the high-density structure, which combines the natural texture of wood with the durability of plastic and is suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor scenarios.

Base material
Wood fiber (40%-70%): provides wood texture and partial rigidity;
Plastic base material (PE/PVC mainly): gives waterproof and deformation resistance;
Additives: including coupling agents (to enhance wood-plastic bonding), antioxidants, flame retardants, etc.
Structural characteristics
Full solid section: no hollow structure, high compressive strength (up to 30MPa or more);
Surface treatment: embossed imitation wood grain, anti-slip particle layer or UV coating (anti-UV fading);
Core layer homogeneity: Solid WPC Flooring no delamination, avoiding warping problem caused by uneven expansion.

Installation and Maintenance Guide
Installation points
Base requirement
Need to be level (error ≤3mm/㎡), smooth drainage (outdoor recommended to reserve 1% slope);
Reservation of expansion joints
Leave 10-15mm gap on the wall side, and add separator strips every 6 meters in the direction of long side;
Solid WPC Flooring Fixing method
Locking type (suspension installation) or screw/card fastening (strong wind area needs to be reinforced).
Maintenance suggestions
Cleaning: high-pressure water gun rinse (outdoor) or neutral cleaner wipe (indoor);
Repair: heavy scratches can be sanded and sprayed with special repair paint, partial replacement without destroying the overall structure.
