Types of Door
Wood veneered doors: Are for interior usage with its natural wood panels that gives luxurious classic look of it, it suits all most all interior designs especially classic designs. The panels come with verity of wood types with its colors and its beautiful vines.
Laminated doors: A mid-class doors that are suitable for every interior usage like room doors school doors hospital doors and hotel doors. It came with so many colors and shapes based on request to be one of the best sale doors in the industry. It is made of layer of the natural wood's resin with a thickness of 0.6mm as the cover panel and the core is optional.
Painted doors: They are similar to wooden veneered doors in every aspect but their cover panels are painted which divide them into two categories based on the used paint: Normal painted doors and lacquered doors.
American panel: A very well-known doors, its core is standard which is honey camp and HDF instead of MDF. The cover panel is thinner than other doors types and it is painted with normal paint.
Solid wood doors: A simple solid natural wood panel with one piece. It came with different kind of woods giving a verity of wooden natural colors.
Door Core Types
Particleboard Core
Particleboard door cores are made of ground up raw wood that is glued together to form the core. Particleboard is very durable and will meet most, if not all, of the requirements for door performance on many commercial projects.
Structural Composite Lumber Core
Structural composite lumber (SCL) cores are made of strands of different species of wood that are combined together with special resins. When lite/lock conflicts arise on doors with particleboard cores, sometimes changing to a structural composite lumber core will help reduce the minimum dimensions needed to maintain the integrity of the doors and keep the dimensions of the lite cutout the same.
Stave Lumber Core
Stave lumber cores are assembled using blocks or strips of wood that are from the same species. This creates a durable core that is lighter in weight than particleboard. Stave lumber cores are not used as frequently in recent years due to the introduction of structural composite lumber cores which provide similar durability at a lower cost.
Mineral Core

Precautions for Installation Door
It is important to clean the door surface before installation. If there are any stains or dirt on it, simply wipe it clean with a soft cloth.
It is crucial to ensure that the door leaf is dry before installing it. After measuring the water on the door leaf, wipe it immediately with a dry cloth to prevent any moisture from causing damage to the wooden door.
Before installation, it is also necessary to remove any old powder or lime at the designated area where the wooden bricks are required. This will ensure a clean and smooth installation surface. Additionally, it is important to leave the original brick or concrete wall intact to provide a stable foundation for the wooden door.
To properly install the wooden door, it is essential to apply special glue to the wood bricks and place them in the designated position between the fender and the wall. Secure the wood bricks and the cover plate with small nails to ensure a secure fit.
Once the actual size oFRf the door edge line is determined, apply special glue in the sleeve groove and gently tap the door edge line with the door sleeve and plate. This will fix the door edge line securely in place. If the match between the door edge line and the groove is loose, wooden sheets can be used to fill in the gaps.
Install the door sideline after the styrofoam has cured. This typically takes around 2-3 hours. Once the styrofoam is cured, remove the triangle on the sleeve sub-board for a clean and finished look.
