Smooth white primer and molded profile
The surface detail shows a smooth face and a beveled square panel contour. This page features the smooth version. White primer provides a base for final interior paint; it should not be treated as a finished topcoat. Follow the paint supplier's preparation instructions and seal the door edges and all machined areas.

The core illustration shows four alternative constructions. Select one core for the order rather than treating all four as a single door construction. For bedrooms and home offices, tell us your privacy requirements and any required acoustic test standard so the proposed construction can be reviewed against the project specification.

Custom dimensions and hardware preparation
Send your door schedule or drawing with widths, heights, thicknesses, quantities and selected cores. Optional machining includes hinge mortising, lock boring and latch preparation. Provide the hinge and lock specifications, lock backset, machining positions and handing so the drawing can be agreed before production.
For replacement doors, check the existing slab and frame dimensions rather than ordering from the rough opening alone. Any site trimming allowance must be confirmed for the selected construction.
Export packaging and quality checks
Pallet packaging is standard for door slabs. Individual cartons or plastic wrapping are available at additional cost. Packing is agreed with the order configuration and shipment requirements.
Pre-shipment checks cover door dimensions, molded profiles, surface finish, machining and packaging. Inspection photos can be provided, and third-party inspection can be arranged. Is the Carrara interior door hollow core or solid core?
Both configurations are available. Choose honeycomb paper, tubular particleboard, solid particleboard or solid wood core according to your project specification. The selected core is confirmed in the quotation and production drawing.
What is included with a door slab?
A slab is the door leaf only. The frame, casing, hinges and lockset are included only when listed in the quotation. We can also quote prehung and knock-down sets for projects that need matching frame components.
Which door sizes are available, and can the slab be trimmed?
Listed widths are 18, 24, 28, 30, 32 and 36 inches; heights are 80, 84 and 96 inches. Thickness options are 1-3/8 and 1-3/4 inches. Custom dimensions can be discussed. Confirm the combination and any trimming allowance before ordering; do not assume all edges can be trimmed equally.
Can you prepare the door for my hinges and lockset?

Does a white primed door need a final coat of paint?
Yes. Primer is a base coat, not a finished decorative coating. Apply a compatible interior topcoat according to the paint supplier's instructions. Finish the faces and seal all edges and machined areas; complete any required preparation before painting.
Can this door be used in a bathroom or as a fire door?
It is intended for indoor use and is not waterproof. Bathroom use requires suitable ventilation, completed painting and sealed edges, with no direct water exposure or prolonged high humidity. This standard model is not supplied as a fire-rated door.
What quality checks and compliance documents can be provided?
Quality checks cover dimensions, panel profiles, surface finish, machining and packaging. Pre-shipment inspection photos can be provided, and third-party inspection can be arranged.
