High Strength and Stability:

The cross-laminated structure gives CLT panels extremely high strength and dimensional stability, making them suitable for walls, floors and roofs of medium and high-rise buildings.

Excellent fire resistance and seismic performance:

CLT is a heavy-duty structural material with high stiffness and no fracture phenomenon, which enhances the toughness and ductility of the structure at medium and high levels, enabling the building to absorb a large amount of energy when subjected to seismic loads, thus improving the seismic performance of the building. Its fire resistance can be improved by increasing the thickness of the laminate, setting the surface cladding (such as gypsum board) and so on.

Good thermal and acoustic insulation:

Due to the low thermal conductivity of wood and the continuous large format characteristics of CLT, good air tightness and acoustic insulation can be ensured.

Environmentally sustainable:

the raw materials mostly come from sustainably managed forests and use environmentally friendly glues, making it a green building choice.

Convenient and efficient construction:

CLT panels can be modularized in factories, prefabricated into various types of wall panels, floor panels and roof panels, and assembled and constructed on site. Therefore, its assembly is fast and the construction period is short, while the construction site has low noise, no pollution and no construction waste is generated.
